How do I get my usual prices when ordering?

Existing ABGO Customer Please regsiter your details on the website, you will then get an activation email, once activated we will link your details to your specific pricing and we will treat your orders as we currently do.

If you are a new customer please follow the same steps and we will create a web account for you and apply trade prcing if applicable.

Can i apply for a credit account which can be used on the website?

Yes please email stating your interest and we will email you the relevant forms, once credit checks have been approved and your credit account has been setup your web account will change to reflect this. You will notice you do not get re-directed for payment once this is complete.

How do I identify the model of my cooker or oven?

Please see the information detailed on cooker identification plate, this can be usually found on the rear of one of the cooker doors.

How do I identify the model of my boiler?

All cookers & boilers vary in where the data badge will be, but if you can find that it will have the model number on it or the GCN (Gas Council Number). Or if you have the user manual it will may tell you in there.

How long are parts guaranteed for?

What if I can't be in to sign for my parcel?

With authorisation from you, we are able to tell the carrier to leave the parcel without a signature in a place requested by yourself. However, please note, we do not accept any responsibility for packages left without a signature.

When delivered by DPD they offer facilities to re-direct your parcel and to arrange convenient local pick-up places and the option to send parcel at a more convenient time.

What if the part is not correct?

We make every effort to identify the correct part from the various information you provide and the questions we ask. Unfortunately some products are sometimes diffcult to identify but if it is wrong then please check the model and serial number again, contact us straight away and we will then try and get the correct part for you, and arrange the reurn of any incorrect parts.

How do I return a faulty part?

How late in the day can I order to get the next working day?

Orders placed Monday to Friday up to 4.30pm will be dispatched the same day, carrier items will be delivered the next working day. Friday orders can be delivered on Saturday if that option is required - just pick the option as you check-out your order. (DPD maybe choose to deliver orders on a Sunday during peak periods)

How long after I've ordered will it be before I receive the part?

If you have chosen 1st class post this will be sent out post that day if ordered before the 3.45pm cut off. This should be delivered the Next Day but maybe two.(this is not guaranteed next day)

If you have selected an DPD carriage charge this will be the next working day, Your delivery time will be confirmed via text message on the morning of the delivery (provided you gave us a mobile number when ordering) or via email

If I just have a part number is that enough?

Usually Yes, if the part is on our website then the part number you have will take you straight to the item you need - if it doesn't we may still be able to get it for you, just contact us and we will try our best for you. Sometimes manufacturers makes changes to numbers, we make every effort to keep the site as up to date as possible.

What if the part I want isn't on your website?

Sadly we cannot provide every spare part available on our site. We keep as many of the common parts that we can from all the leading manufacturers.

Please contact us, either using the form provided on contact details, by telephone 01902 790 900 or email and our dedicated and friendly staff will help you. We will then be able to confrim what you require whether we have it in stock and make necessary arrangments for you.

I'm not sure of the part I require, what can I do?
